Refund Policy

At Archology, we take pride in delivering beautiful, high-quality balloon decor to make your events memorable. To ensure clarity and fairness, please take a look at our refund policy below.

Refunds or partial credits will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your balloon arch due to quality or design, please notify us within 24 hours with photos. Once a setup is completed and approved on-site, refunds will not be issued. No-Show or Missed Setup Window. If we are unable to access the venue due to a lack of communication, incorrect information, or delays beyond our control, no refund will be issued. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event. No refund will be issued, as materials and labor have been allocated. Emergencies or Last-Minute Changes. Call or text for urgent issues. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional fees may apply for last-minute adjustments.
